Our appliance fee includes the custom appliance, all necessary adjustments, use of objective testing to ensure that the appliance is optimally calibrated and a follow-up appointment at 6-months to ensure that the appliance remains optimally calibrated.

Patients are always referred back to the prescribing physician to conduct a follow-up efficacy study and are placed on an annual follow-up schedule to help ensure continued appliance efficacy. Reports are sent to the prescribing & family physicians and also the family dentist for all AADSM milestones
