Dental Sealants

Dental sealants, usually applied to deep anatomical grooves in adult teeth.  These grooves are most often on the chewing surface of teeth.  The sealant acts as a barrier to prevent cavities.   Sealants are most often applied to the six and twelve year molars.  Your dentist will let you know if you can benefit from dental sealants.
